An Ad Hoc Transfer process is available for occasions when a generation Asset will not transfer on the scheduled Model date in Production, but will instead, close on a date afterwards, sometime in the future. This date is mutually agreed upon by both Entities, and then communicated to MISO via email, with a 14-day notice. Once the date has been established, MISO will then “pull-back” the effective date to the NEW date and then implement the transfer. Please refer to the Ad Hoc Generator Ownership transfer process as outlined in BPM 010 – Network and Commercial Model
